I think it’s pretty safe to say that Yonder Alonso likes to play baseball in Florida. He was the MVP of last night’s game, going 3 for 4 with a home run and four RBI’s, including the game winning runs. The Reds beat the Florida Marlins 8-6 in yet another comeback win – their 33rd of the season.

First base, y’all ready for this?
Guess what else? Due to Hurricane Irene, Thursday’s game has been cancelled and will be played tomorrow instead. Game 1 will be played at 4:10 and Game 2 will take place 20 minutes after Game 1. Yay for old-fashioned twi-night doubleheaders, boo for hurricanes.
That’s all for me. Over and out, GO REDS!
